Payments Terms

• Booking Policy
• To confirm a booking, 30% advance payment of the total package cost is required.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour or as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Booking confirmation is subject to availability of hotels, transport, and other services.

• Due to high altitude, complete rest is recommended on Day 1.
• Carry warm clothes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and personal medicines.
• Itinerary may change due to weather, road, or permit conditions.

• Standard Check-in Time: 01:00 PM
• Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges.
• Package Exclusions

• Airfare, train tickets, bus tickets, or any transportation not specifically mentioned.
• Entry tickets, monument fees, guide charges, and adventure activities unless mentioned in the inclusions.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, tips, beverages, shopping, etc.
• Travel insurance (unless specifically included).
• Any additional sightseeing or extra vehicle usage not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Transportation Policy
• AC may not operate in hilly areas or when the vehicle is stationary.
• In case of heavy snowfall, road closure, landslide, or government restrictions, additional local transport (such as 4x4 vehicles) will be at the guest's expense.
• Vehicle service will be provided as per the itinerary only.
• Force Majeure
• TripMitro Holiday shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses caused by:
• Natural disasters
• Landslides
• Floods
• Heavy snowfall
• Political disturbances
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics or other unforeseen circumstances
• Guest Responsibility
• Guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID during travel.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. TripMitro Holiday will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
• Pricing & Taxes
• All package prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Any increase in government taxes, fuel charges, or service charges after booking will be payable by the guest.
• GST will be charged as per applicable government rules.
• Acceptance
• By making a booking with TripMitro Holiday, the guest agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions.
• "If you make any payment to any person, hotel, driver, guide, or service provider during the tour without prior approval from our team, you will be solely responsible for such payment. TripMitro Holiday shall not be liable for any unauthorized payments made without our consent."

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 30 days before departure: 25% cancellation charges
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges
• Less than 15 days before departure: 100% cancellation charges
• No refund for no-show, early departure, or unused services.
• Flight, train, and bus ticket cancellations will be governed by the respective service provider's policy.
• Refund Policy
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation approval.
• Refund amount will be credited through the original payment method.
• Changes & Amendments
• Any change in booking must be requested in writing via Email or WhatsApp.
• Amendment charges may apply depending on hotel, transport, or supplier policies.
